Milk Chocolate Orange Stout | 5.0% ABV

A smooth, full-flavoured stout with rich colour and roasted notes from British barley and chocolate malt. Lactose adds sweetness and body, balanced by British First Gold hops. American Amarillo and German Mandarina Bavaria bring orange and tangerine flavours. A zesty kick comes from the addition of orange zest which is balanced with bitterness from pure cocoa nibs.

Hazy Kveik IPA | 5.3% ABV

This Kveik yeast (Kveik – Norwegian for yeast!), has been passed down for generations and is the original farmhouse strain giving a subtle fruity, citrus finish and is the perfect base for this hazy hop bomb!
These hops are sourced directly from growers in the Pacific Northwest and are of the highest quality so expect big aromas of citrus, floral and tropical fruit.

British Maris Otter extra pale malt and naked malted oats create a malty-sweet biscuit backbone that is light in colour and soft in mouthfeel.
American Chinook is combined beautifully with European Mandarina Bavaria and Wolf hops to give this beer an intense flavour and aroma. Expect passionfruit, grapefruit, and other tropical fruits to make Firefly extremely juicy.

Blaidd

Golden Ale | 5.5% ABV

This beer is all about Cara Pils malt from the historic Weyermann Maltings in Bamburg, Germany, giving Blaidd its golden hue and a malty-sweet flavour with subtle caramel notes.
British malted oats create a creamy mouthfeel, blending perfectly with the floral aroma and mango and passionfruit flavours from the Slovenian hop it’s named after – Wolf, which in Welsh translates as BLAIDD.
