It’s malty sweet caramel base combined with generous amounts of American Cascade, Simcoe and Centennial blend perfectly together for a pleasant floral aroma and an enjoyable flavour of tropical fruits.
Tamar’s Tusk

British Maris Otter extra pale malt and Malted Oats create a malty-sweet biscuit base with satisfying mouthfeel that with the addition of Lactose gives a fuller, sweeter body.
Jam packed with American Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops, Tamar’s Tusk is full of tropical fruit flavour and aroma, all finished with a hint of a fresh Pembrokeshire Sea breeze from local Dulse seaweed that made Wally the Walrus feel right at home!

British Hop IPA | 5.2% ABV

This innovative style uses a classic blend of Maris Otter malted barley and Cara malt which allows the modern UK grown hops to sing!
Traditional Challenger hops give a forgiving, well rounded bitterness and newly developed Harlequin and Olicana hops impart their unique flavours. Peach, pineapple, mango and passionfruit notes all show through in this IPA which is then boosted by the Verdant yeast for fermentation.
Sea Horse

Brewed exclusively with American Citra hops, this amazing dual-purpose hop provides a soft and subtle bitterness with a delicious tropical citrus flavour and aroma.
British Maris Otter along with Dextrin malt provides a thirst-quenching malty base with a satisfying mouthfeel and gives this beer it’s appetising light colour.

Brewed using British malts combined with American Cascade hops which gives this beer a malty-sweet base with a well-balanced bitterness with a fruity aroma.
RFA Sir Galahad

Ruby Red Ale | 4.6% ABV

Brewed blending traditional malts with German Cara Red to create a blend of malty sweetness and subtle roasted flavours as well a deep ruby red colour.
No less than FOUR hop varieties are used in this beer, each one adding a well-balanced bitterness and a slightly spicy note.
