Maris Otter malts provide a light colouring as well as a malty-sweet biscuit backbone. We then add French Aramis and Barbe Rouge hops which contribute subtle floral almost grassy aroma and fruit flavours of cherry and strawberry.
Tenby was one of the earliest Welsh fishing centres, a thriving town and port from before the Middle ages, and by 1870 Tenby was the most significant fishing base in West Wales.
Sea Bass is our way of honouring our town’s strong fishing heritage, and the bass that features on the design of this bottle was exclusively painted for us by talented artist Florence Super.
